Hollywood actor Tom Cruise has showed off a painful injury following his wild weekend among other A-List stars at Glastonbury as he took a break from filming Mission: Impossible.

Tom Cruise has revealed a painful injury following his weekend partying at Glastonbury.

The Hollywood actor, 62, is currently filming his upcoming Mission: Impossible sequel in the UK. However, he managed to take time out of his busy schedule to head to Worthy Farm last weekend. He was spotted among a string of other A-List stars as he watched huge names take to the stages.

Tom was even spotted joining in with the crowd singing an Oasis song while waiting for headliners Coldplay. Yet, it appears the star has suffered an injury as he arrived in London. He looked in good spirits on Thursday as he arrived at a helipad in Battersea. Tom donned a long-sleeve black jumped and a pair of blue jeans.

He also wore a pair of aviator-style sunglasses and at one point flashed a thumbs up to photographers from the front seat of the chopper. The actor appeared to have sustained an injury on his right hand as a close up seen by Metro revealed a pink graze around his knuckle. It is no secret that Tom likes to get stuck in when on set.

He is often credited for doing his own stunts and is set to perform underwater for the upcoming film. Most of the film has been shot in the UK, much of it at Surrey’s Longcross Studios. Tom brought Mission: Impossible, a hit TV series from the Sixties, to the big screen in 1996. The last instalment, Mission: Impossible – Dead Reckoning Part One was out last summer and featured a submarine that is blown up and sinks. The next offering will revisit the submarine 10 years later.

Tom was snapped signing along with the crowd at Glastonbury last weekend. He was joined by Simon Pegg and Gillian Anderson as they belted out Oasis’ Don’t Look Back In Anger, shortly before Coldplay turned up. They were seen by fans standing on a platform next to the main stage and looked delighted with life as the tension mounted.

After their huge performance, Coldplay held a backstage party where they were joined by Tom and other stars. Insiders revealed frontman Chris Martin, 48, was on “very bouncy form” as he flitted from person to person at the bash after the gig, which was also attended by actress, Jameela Jamil, and rapper, Little Simz.

Just days earlier, Tom was spotted at Taylor Swift’s Eras Tour show at Wembley Stadium. He was seen among Liam Hemsworth, Jamie Dornan, Hugh Grant, Ashton Kutcher, Mila Kunis, Rachel Zegler, Phoebe Tonkin, Holly Jackson and Talia Mar by fans. Just minutes after the list of names was posted on the social media platform, fans could not contain their excitement and rushed to post a comment. One person said: “OMG all A-list celebrities!” Another person added: “Everyone and their mothers are here OMG.” A third person said: “Truly the biggest tour in history.” Meanwhile, a fourth person commented: “Oh my God. That’s half of Hollywood.”
