Inside Taylor Swift and Travis Kelce’s Star-Studded Date Night in London After His Surprise Performance on Stage

You know Taylor Swift loves a London boy! Travis Kelce may be American — and that lyric most likely refers to her ex, Joe Alwyn — but the singer and Kansas City Chiefs tight end enjoyed a night out in England’s capital all the same.

On Sunday, June 23 — just hours after Kelce, 34, nearly blew the roof off of Wembley Stadium during his onstage appearance at Swift’s concert — the couple stepped out for dinner in London: Swift in a ’70s-inspired crocheted mini dress and yellow wedge heels, Kelce in a cream-colored ensemble with a denim Louis Vuitton bucket hat.

The pair were all smiles as they were photographed hand-in-hand while leaving the Chiltern Firehouse in the early hours of Monday morning, per photos obtained by Page Six. According to the outlet, Swift and Kelce were joined by the Grammy winner’s close pal, Sophie Turner, and her boyfriend, Peregrine Pearson. Ellie Goulding was also with the group. (Swift famously lent Turner, 28, her New York apartment last summer when the Game of Thrones alum first split from estranged husband Joe Jonas. Swift and Jonas, for their part, briefly dated in 2008.)

The star-studded evening came after Swift’s three sold-out nights at Wembley Stadium, where she’ll once again return in August for five more Eras Tour shows. The “Fortnight” artist capped off Night 3 with a surprise appearance from Kelce — clad in a tuxedo and top hat — who literally carried Swift onto the stage as part of the choreography and onstage skit during the intro of “I Can Do It With a Broken Heart.”

While fans interpreted Kelce’s Wembley appearance as a dig at Alwyn, who is from London — and who recently broke his silence about his split from Swift — the singer herself couldn’t help but gush over Kelce’s surprise.

Swift noted via Instagram on Monday that she’s “still cracking up/swooning over @killatrav’s Eras Tour debut 🥰.”
