Instagram users have expressed shock and dismay over Brittany Mahomes’ latest post, after the 28-year-old appeared to ditch her new hairdo.
The entrepreneur and wife of Kansas City Chiefs’ quarterback Patrick Mahomes was accused of “breaking the internet” last week after seemingly swapping her signature blonde locks for a new auburn shade.
However, many followers were devastated to see the mom-of-two had reverted to her original color in a new photo with her husband.
The couple watched the Major League Soccer match between Inter Miami and Sporting Kansas City on Saturday, with Brittany Mahomes sharing a reel of photos taken on the pitch at Arrowhead Stadium.
“Ball is life,” she captioned the post, but fans were more concerned with her hair.
“What happened to the red hair?” asked Karen Hedstrom.
“It was on point,” said Dawn Grimm Burks.
“Noooooooo!!! I loved the red so much!!!,” wrote Julia Brown.
