Exclusive:Jason Kelce Says Wife Kylie Teased Him for Being ‘Obsessed with How My Biceps Look’ at Wrestlemania: ‘Not Ashamed’
The former NFL star admitted he used workout bands to prepare for the appearance.
Jason Kelce’s appearance at Wrestlemania was the ultimate flex — but maybe not to his wife, Kylie.
The recent NFL retiree, 36, surprised fans by taking the ring during Rey Mysterio and Andrade’s WrestleMania 40 match against Dominik Mysterio — Rey’s son — and Santos Escobar. At one point, the former Philadelphia Eagles center stripped off his sleeveless t-shirt to flex his muscles for the crowd — and later, he admitted that his wife, Kylie, poked fun at him for making sure he looked as ripped as possible.
Jason’s brother Travis Kelce, 34, broke down the moment on the April 17 episode of their podcast New Heights.
“My biceps are looking good. Look at that picture,” Jason commented as the brothers reviewed photos from the Philadelphia event.

“How much did you guys lift before you went out there?” Travis asked.
Jason replied, “We were using a lot of bands, and Kylie kept making fun of me because I was really obsessed with how my biceps looked.”
He then added, “That’s just the honest answer, I’m not gonna hide it. I’m not ashamed.”
Travis praised his brother for his muscle-bound physique, saying, “I’m proud of you, they look great. They look like my thighs.”
During his NFL retirement speech on March 4, Jason shared an emotional tribute to his wife, 32, and reflected on first seeing her in person at an Eagles Christmas party in 2014.
“I still remember the moment she walked through the door,” he said, getting choked up. “The first instance is burned in my retina. It was like she glided through the opening, an aura around her.”
He continued, “Then she started talking and I thought, ‘Man, is this what love feels like?’ ”
She was beautiful, smart, serious, yet playful. I knew it right away,” he said.
Jason then reflected, “I think it’s no coincidence I enjoyed the best year of my career with Kylie by my side.”
The couple got married in 2018 and have since welcomed three daughters: Bennett, 11 months, Elliotte, 2½, and Wyatt, 4.

“She’s brought the best out of me through love, devotion, support, honesty, intelligence and of course a swift kick in the ass from time to time,” Jason continued in his speech. “She has also given me three beautiful girls and a life that increasingly brings me more fulfillment off the field than it does on.”
Alongside Travis and his parents, Kylie became visibly emotional as she took in Jason’s heartfelt words.
