Exclusive:Taylor Swift’s new X-rated Travis Kelce lyrics leave fans hot under the collar

The Tortured Poets Department is full of heartbreaking lyrics, but Taylor Swift was able to slip in a love song or two about her beau Travis Kelce that includes some pearl clutching lyrics.

Taylor released her highly anticipated 11th album on Friday, then two hours later she dropped a surprise 15 songs as part of the Anthology. One of the surprise songs include So High School, which many fans believe is about Travis.

In the song, Taylor sings the NSFW lyrics: “You know how to ball, I know Aristotle / Brand new, full throttle, touch me while your bros play Grand Theft Auto / It’s true, swear, scout’s honour / You knew what you wanted, and, boy, you got her.”

The “you know how to ball” line and “you knew what you wanted, and, boy, you got her” have led fans to think the star is singing about Travis. Her boyfriend is a star tight end for the American football team the Kansas City Chiefs and he was vocal about his crush on Taylor before they got together.

Besides sharing the lyrics on social media along with gifs of people appearing gobsmacked, fans commented on the NSFW meaning behind the lyrics. “Me and who?” one fan wrote on Twitter. Another added: “This kinda turned me on ngl.”

Though that particular set of lyrics are a bit spicy, the song is also filled with sweet comments reportedly about Travis, including: “And in a blink of a crinkling eye/I’m sinking, our fingers entwined/Cheeks pink in the twinkling lights/Tell me ’bout the first time you saw me.”

Some fans on social media found the overall song adorable. “I just know Travis Kelce is laying on his bed listening to So Highschool kicking his little feetsies in the air right now,” one wrote.

Others declared the song one of the best love songs Taylor has written, with one fan saying: “Thank God for Travis Kelce and that f**k a** friendship bracelet with his phone number on it.”

Last July, Travis was recording an episode of his podcast New Heights which he hosts with his brother, Jason Kelce. The two were talking about Taylor Swift and how Travis attended her Kansas City concert with a friendship bracelet for her that had his number on it – but sadly never got to give it to her. It’s been said that after that clip went viral Taylor reached out to Travis and the two started dating.
