Ivana Trump’s New York City Townhouse Takes Another Big Price Cut

Published

The realtors who listed the late Ivana Trump’s NYC townhouse have slashed its price again, according to People. Ivana fell down the stairs to her death in July 2022 and four months later, the house was on the market for $26.5 million, according to the outlet. The six-story, five-bedroom, five-bathroom, Lenox Hill home on the Upper East Side of Manhattan, was purchased by former President Donald Trump in 1992, the year the two split.

The perfectly Trump-esque white walls with gold trim, and pink onyx marble bathrooms apparently did not attract any buyers at the original price tag, so in September 2023, realtors J. Roger Erickson and Adam D. Modlin slashed the price down to $22.5 million. Then, in June, the price was dropped once again to $19.5 million. Ivana and Donald’s three children, Don Jr., Ivanka and Eric, shared the home with Ivana following their parents’ split.
