The Current are the NWSL team in Kansas City and Mahomes’ wife, Brittany, already had a stake in the team before he joined.

Mahomes hasn’t limited himself to sports endeavors though. His investment portfolio is diverse, including brands like Whataburger, Whoop, and Hyperice.
