The Kansas City Chiefs tight end, 34, flew halfway across the world to support Swift, also 34, as she took the stage for the first night of her Eras Tour Sydney performances at the Accor Stadium on Friday.

After the “Love Story” hitmaker’s show, the pair were seen sharing a kiss as she left the stage in an adorable video shared on X (formerly known as Twitter). Kelce was seen waiting patiently for his other half as she waved to the audience before wrapping her arms around him and planting a kiss on his lips.

The couple, who recently celebrated Kelce’s second consecutive Super Bowl win, then walked away together as fans cheered.

Earlier in the evening, fans cheered in delight as Kelce, in a video shared on X (formerly known as Twitter), made his way to his spot to watch the show. The Kansas City Chiefs tight end, who was dressed in a blue T-shirt and matching shorts and wore friendship bracelets on both arms, was also captured in another fan video clapping and smiling as he watched the show from his spot in a VIP tent.

PEOPLE confirmed on Wednesday that Kelce would be traveling to Australia to attend Friday’s gig amid speculation that he’d be making an appearance. It’s currently unknown how many shows he plans to see.

Friday’s Sydney show got off to a bit of a damp start and the start time had to be delayed due to rain and a nearby lightning strike, as seen in a video posted on X.

“Please note, due to weather, show start time has been delayed. Stay undercover until further notice and follow venue screens and staff instructions. Stay safe and remember to be kind to those around you,” the stadium said in a statement before Swift performed to an 81,000-strong crowd.

Swift took the stage just after 7:50 p.m. local time, according to the Sydney Morning Herald, though her support act Sabrina Carpenter didn’t perform due to the weather delay.

“An Aussie crowd will never let anything get in the way,” Swift told gig-goers, per the Sydney Morning Herald.
